Milestone Achievement
Farmer's Innovation Centre
In 2016, we established the Farmer’s Innovation Centre (FIC), a social hub designed to bring together and disseminate innovative ideas and best practices developed by individual farmers. The aim of the FIC is to facilitate knowledge sharing among farmers across the state and in other regions with similar agroclimatic conditions. The Centre was built through a combination of community contributions and crowdfunding support raised via the Ketto platform.
Over time, the Centre has also evolved into an Eco Resort, offering immersive farm-stay experiences to visitors, researchers, and volunteers. This not only promotes sustainable tourism but also generates alternative income for local communities while fostering deeper appreciation of rural life, agroecology, and indigenous food systems and Biodiversity.

Identifies and nurtures frugal innovations developed by local farmers, entrepreneur scaling them for wider impact.

Institutional Collaborations: Trained 1,000+ farmer leaders through partnerships with NABARD, National Innovation Foundation, and SRISTI, Honey Bee Network.

Fosters collective learning and local solutions, ensuring context-specific and culturally relevant innovations.
Crowd Funding
Ensures community ownership and long-term sustainability of the center’s activities.
Research Farm
Provides a platform for learning and research for students, professionals, and farmers.

Training Hall
A spacious facility accommodating 100 persons for workshops and seminars, 2 training halls.
Accommodation
On-site lodging for up to 70 persons, facilitating extended training programs. With deluxe 7 rooms, 3 military tents, more than 25 single tents, 2 Traditional kitchen.
Showcase
Innovation Proto-types agriculture machines by National Innovation foundation Under Ministry of Science and Technology GOI.
